Merchant Cash Advance Details
We want to make obtaining a merchant cash advance and the business capital you need easy.
Here is the process:
Credit card transactions are analyzed from the merchants previous six months of business, looking for a minimum of $4,500 in monthly credit card sales. Based on your account history, the businesses credit and debit card sales are estimated for the next six to twelve months.
A specific amount of the merchant’s future credit and debit card transactions are purchased by us at a discounted rate. A merchant can typically expect to qualify for an advance that is around the same amount as their monthly credit and debit card sales. For example, if a merchant transacts an average of $60,000 in card transaction each month, the merhcant can obtain a similar amount of funding, typically up to $75,000.
The funds are sent automatically through the merchant’s credit card processor. The repayment rate is set on percentages not a set payment amount. This allows your repayment to fluctuate with your business. It is a fixed percentage rate so there are no surprises and your rate does not go up. Payments are made on a daily bases and when the advance is re-payed they stop automatically.
