Debit Processing can save you money. Based on the amount of the transaction and whether the merchant enters their Secure Pin #, debit processing can reduce your rates by 1.5% - 3%. This can result in tremendous savings for your and your business.
“Online” Debit processing occurs when a customer slides the debit card through the terminal and enters a pin number into the pin pad. This transaction requires equipment with a pin pad installed on the terminal. This transaction does not require any signing of the receipt.
